Doctor Johnston knows what he's doing and he cares a lot about his patients. The staff is very pleasant and skilled. You are definitely treated with respect. There were no insurance hassles; they took care of everything. Before I went to Dr. Johnston, I interviewed two other orthodontists who thought thay might have to break my jaw (yikes) to achieve success. Dr. J formulated a plan and executed it perfectly for me.
