First let me tell you his office staff is the best. Leanna has a welcome to any one who comes in the door. She is polite, respectful and very warm, easy to talk to. Her smile says it all. Mary, his office manager went over the plan head to toe and answered all my questions. Dr. Peter Bauer went through the questions we had about braces. Sure, he has heard these questions hundreds of times but he never reacted this way. He is friendly, has a great personality, is very gentle and because he too is a father, he has interaction with his patients on their level. I was shocked that the proceedure was less than the other orthodontists had quoted. The girls processed all the insurance paperwork promptly and the balance was painful the way they worked it out for me. Because Dr. Bauer has high intergrity and is so honest, I highly reccommend him to all ages.
