This office is run like a business that comes with an aggressive sales pitch. The kids love it and it is all fun, but was expensive, especially because after three years of treatment and lots of money, they tell you that to finish, you need to pay again, thus doubling the initial quoted price. Also, they told me that the second child really needed braces right away or the child would end needing to have her teeth pulled out because of potential crowding, and I took her for a second opinion, and the second orthodontist said she didn't really need braces, and least not yet and that I should come back in a year or two. This experience reminded me of brake jobs I was sold by unscrupulous auto repair shops before I wised up. Apart from the business model, this is a very nice office and everything is very efficient and well run, and I think they do nice work. So, to sum up, you could be very happy with this orthodontist, but do get a second opinion and don't listen to the scare stories in making a decision.
