Dr. Gum has a bit of a sarcastic edge to her that can get irritating - also she has a habit of asking questions and not listening to the answer!! In fact she will be talking to one of her staff while the patient is trying to answer her question. That said, I think she did a good job with my daughter so I am sending my next child to her as well. Her office staff is the best especially Caroline who always manages to be both upbeat and sympathetic.
