My family LOVES Dr. Howard/Supertooth, he has a really good relationship with kids, cracking jokes and putting them at ease, and he often can fill teeth with no anaesthesia/crying at all. He lets the parents hang out with their kids and uses air abrasion on cavities. We think he is perfect.
