Bedside manner is lacking and although his staff takes proper hygiene seriously they were numerous times I had to ask him to wash his hands before he put them in my mouth (after he had just put them in someone else's mouth). If your going for Invisalign there isn't much choice but if your going the traditional route choice someone else.
