He and his staff are cheerful, funny, and a pleasure to be around. Not only that but they make an effort to keep me informed about what they're doing and answer all of my questions- even the random ones. His receptionists are fabulous and kind, too! My only issue has been that Dr. Lindeman has been preparing me for oral surgery and only works with one surgeon, Dr. Nelson, who is out of my insurance network. When asking for assistance with this, Dr. Lindeman seemed to assume that the discount they offer would suffice, when it was thousands more than my deductible. We're still figuring this out, but on the bright side the doctor has an impeccable reputation for his skill in oral surgery prep (he does the drawings of what needs to be done to what measurement) and offers photos of projected results- very hard to come by!
