When you walk in the office you are welcomed by a very sweet lady. She tells you to go to a chair, you sit in that chair waiting for about 30 minutes while one of the two orthodontists is sitting in an office chair doing practically nothing. This office is extremely old school and do not have the new and improved technology. They put thier clinents in braces for overly extended times. I would not recomend this office to anyone. In fact I'm working on switching to a different orthodontist. i hope i helped your desion(:
