Dr. Blackwood took care of two of my children's orthodonture needs - one was minimal work; one was more substantial. In both cases, he did only what was necessary and didn't do more than was required. In addition, while the office may not have modern design, the plainness of the office contributed to the affordable prices charged. So great quality of care on a budget!
