I started receiving treatment under Dr. Crawford's father in the early 90's. After he died, I tried his son with very limited success. Although he has very good chairside manner, some practices are awful. I have waited up to 4 hours to be seen at the Benning Rd. office--even with an appointment! I've also had similar wait times at the Michigan Ave. office, though not as long (maybe 2 hours--again, with an appointment.) I recently had root canal work done (supposedly), but it took 4 visits/procedures and I still have pain. I do not believe the procedure was done properly and am pursuing other options. There also is questionable billing practices. I will not use Dr. Crawford's services anymore.
