We switched to Dr. Shefferman mid treatment because we were unhappy with our other ortho. From our first appointment we could tell that Dr. Shefferman was superior. He was more knowledgable, more accessible, more personable and more reasonable. My son was so happy with Dr. Shefferman, he was compliant with wearing rubber bands and was able to get his braces off ahead of schedule. Today, when he got his braces off, he told me "Dr. Shefferman is so smart!" He was in awe of the gadget Dr. Shefferman created for him until he can get his permanent retainer next week. We cannot say enough about the service.

About Front Desk: Amazing. Flexible. Kind and helpful. Such a great staff. They helped us with our dental insurance reimbursement and we just got our full check today. Wonderful service.
