his office is filthy. his bedside manners are short, curt and rude. he adds in extra services like an exam that are not mentioned before hand and don't happen. his assistants lack any training in any thing they do. he leaves the room with you in it for a half an hour without an explanation. his work lacks all care and one would be better off going to a student.
