Horrible... The staff is very unprofessional, saying your SS. # out loud on the phone while other patients are sitting 6ft away can hear. Dr. Mason pushes you to do more work than needed or wants all your work done right away, greedy. when you say you can't afford it all right now Dr. Mason make a comment like " Well what a nice purse that is, is that a ____? I bet that was expensive." meaning you can afford nice things but you can't afford to get all your dental work done right now. Also had to have an emergency root canal because of her faulty work (crown) that was not done right. Went to a different dentist for that. I also got charged for x-rays that they said they would not charge me for because I just had x-rays done elsewhere, so get everything in writing. The staff is continuously sending emails, text, calling home,calling cell phone to come back in after I didn't show up for my appointment 6 months ago and have not returned their 40+ calls. You would think they would get the hint, not them. I feel like I'm being stalked. If you go to this Dr. give out limited info and don't give out your real email.
