This man is one arrogant piece of work. After paying FOUR TIMES the cost of what another dentist would have charged me for Invisalign (my fault, I should have done more research instead of forking over 4 grand) my results were barely noticeable. I had veneer like bonding on my incisors that he chose not to remove before making my molds. Low and behold, when I had completed treatment and the bonding was finally removed, my teeth were in the same position they were in pretreatment. When I mentioned my unhappiness with the results, he immediately raised his voice at me and became extremely defensive. I was 8 months pregnant at the time, and this kind of stress was not something I had expected from a "professional". After he finished reprimanding me for disagreeing with his work, he told me I should have only expected Invisalign to make me 80% happy anyway. I left his office in tears and full of regret for ever putting my trust in this man. I consulted with another provider, and she confirmed the bonding should have absolutely been removed prior to treatment and his unwillingness to do so beforehand was the reason my teeth were still overlapped. This guy is a joke and doesn't care about your input. Take your money to someone else!
