I have done my Invisalign treatment with great success at this clinic. The Dr. is ranked as the best in the country by Invisalign itself, and he is not even more expensive than anybody else, so it is a no brainer to try him out. The clinic is in the nicest area in Buckhead, which is a plus. Not a lot of parking but I never had a problem so I guess it works.
Assisting staff is great. Front desk is very patient and smily in a good Southern way. There are lovely ladies that go over with you on the billing, explaining everything and making it easy. All staff members fit the "young professional" description. They were all very pleasant, courteous and accommodating. As for the Dr. himself... he is a rare character demonstrating supreme professionalism, leadership and uncompromising caring. It is a pleasure to meet and talk to him. Clearly his practice is very important to him and he goes out of his way to make patients and staff members feel good, whether with a funny joke or a reassuring look.
I love the wheel spinning!! You get to win prizes every milestone of your treatment. So silly but so fun even for adults like me!
I would definately recommend this clinic. They are very professional and are very nice.
