Dealine with Dr. Depew and his staff was one of the worst experiences I and my child have ever had. The staff is very rude and talk behind your back to the doctor. When you try to talk to the doctor, he is very uncaring. You get the feeling from the staff, that they do not care whether you see them or not, because to them you are a number and there is always another patient to replace you. It is all about money in that office. If you ask too many questions at the initiial consultation, the doctor may not even take you on as a patient. Dr. Depew just wants patients that will do everything he says, no questions asked. They spend a ton of money on advertising and promoting their practice. I thought I was taking my child to the best, but, I was wrong. Oh, and never ask questions about TMJ, or any technical questions, because if you do, you are sure to be dropped as a patient.
