I made the mistake of choosing Pickron for my daughter's braces, and it has been an awful experience. The staff has continually made errors (such as putting nickel in her mouth on 3 different occasions even though her chart says NICKEL ALLERGY all over it), they are short tempered and inconsiderate. The number of mistakes they have made finally led us to a meeting with Dr. Pickron himself. In that meeting, Dr Pickron was quite unconcerned with our experience and not in the least bit interested in helping us become a satisfied customer. Trust me, spend a little extra to go to an independent ortho - I wish I had listened to my instincts and done just that.
