I am a big baby when it comes to pain. Dr. Winter had been most outstanding. If he even notices a twinge he will stop and ask if I feel anything. If I do he takes care of it before going on. Even my kids like him and are not afraid to go to him for dental care.
As far as Insurance the office staff has always taken care of it and they let me know how much insurance I have and what it covers. I have only had to pay out of pocket for my wifes bridge because it was way over the insurance and she did need it to be able to eat.
