I had my braces from Dr. Kim couple of years ago.
At that time, he did not have a secretary to assist him in billing and/or any other patient service.
So service was rarely available, you had to pay your payments on your own without any statement or detail in your account from the doctor's office. You have to track down everything, and if you're a little late, there is a very high late fee. If you want statements, you have to pay separately for those as well.
If you had any concerns you would have to go straight to the doctore, which is very uncomfortable.
Not only that, the costs are extremely high and there's poor after service.
In fact, the doctor is very inconsiderate even in answering simple question as soon as you're assumed done with the treatment.
one more thing, you have to pay for almost everything you get from the doctore, even for loops you need to floss with.
