2 of my children went to Dr. Kemp because they started their braces at the same time. I would not recomend him at all. Dr Kemp has other orthodontists working for him and the kids jump between different Drs. who change the plan to there own likeing each time. Dr Kemp compared my kids to each other such as who brushes better etc. which was not beneficial. The front desk is not accomodating for the teens to make their own appt. and obviously don't like them to do this even if they are driving and know their own schedules. My kids complained that Dr Kemp is mean. After my daughter's braces were completed her retainer broke right away and she was afraid to go back as they would "yell" at her. Not a good experience for either child. We paid in full for the kids' braces in advance which I feel affected customer service since then we couldn't really leave the practice and go somewhere else without paying all over again. We are using a different orhtodontist group for our third child who we are really happy with!
