Dental staff is great. I see progress already on my teeth.The wait is to long. They overbook. I have had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour before they even call me to the back. Even when I get to the back I still have to wait another 30 minutes before they get to me. The receptionist seems to always be angry about something. Customer service trainiing is a definite must for this office. I feel that they think that since us patients already have the braces on and we have to come back monthly for treatment they can make us wait as long as we have to. That is very unprofessional!
