From the moment I walk in the door everyone is super friendly but without sacrificing professionality. Everyone is very accomodating, the doctor is always calm and takes the time to review everything (never felt rushed or "brushed" off (pun intended)) and the assistants are always concerned with my comfort levels and immediately correct any discomfort I may feel with my braces.
I more often than not have to change my appointments and their schedules are very accomodating and have had no problems rescheduling. They are a bit far and requires some travel time on my part but I feel it is well worth it, and a majority of it is how the people really seem to care for you and how you're doing.
I'm still getting my braces adjusted so the "4" is for ON-GOING treatment Success, but I'm sure it will still be 4 a once it is done.
The 3 for the cost was because it was a bit expensive (but I think the cost would be the same anywhere else) but they were able to accomodate me with a very flexible billing plan.
I also gave the facilities a 3 but that's because I don't expect to walk into a "Health Spa" when getting my teeth fixed. They have what looks like modern equipment, get's the job done and I'm happy.
