WORST customer service I've ever encountered. My son's rear bracket broke and I was told that it wouldn't be able to be replaced for 1 1/2 months even though he has an appointment next week. I was told that the Dr. who is seeing him for his regular appointment next week doesn't replace broken brackets so he has to wait 6 weeks until his next appointment. Six weeks to replace a broken bracket is simply unacceptable. My daughter will be needing braces soon and there is absolutely NO WAY I will be taking her to Dr. Ransford. DISGUSTED
