When Dr. Tsao took over for our old dentist i was concerned that the care might not be up to the same standards. My concerns were unfounded. Dr. Tsao is gentle, considerate, humorous, and able. He also does not have a dental hygeinist, he cleans all teeth himself. This way, by the time the cleaning is done, the dental exam has also been done, too.
The receptionist, Jennifer, is also outstanding. She is polite and courteous, and it is a pleasure to wait in the waiting room (albeit I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.)
All in all, a trip to Dr. Tsao's is as good as a visit to the dentist can be!
