Other office staff could learn a lot from Dr Sheehan's staff. They are very helpful and friendly. The office is state of the art and the kids and adults don't mind spending time there. Unfortunately the group is so efficient you don't get to relax there long (unlike most other offices we go to). Dr Sheehan is wonderful and takes time to explain your treatment plan and keeps you updated frequently on your progress. I have three kids in braces and not once did we have a bad experience at this office. You couldn't ask for anything better from an orthodontist and staff.
