About Front Desk: I am not happy inregards to their collection lady Kelly....very unprofessional and realeased personal information to the person that brought my child in for their appointment. Demanding payment in full just assuming that she was talking to me I guess...not quite sure since I have talked with her face to face several times and my child has been a patient since 2011. As far as the Dr. goes I have to complanits but how they handle their billing is totally out of line. They also sent me somebody else's billing along with my own.
