My 7 yr old son had an expander and will begin treatment with braces in a few weeks. The expander treatment was almost entirely pain free for my son, although we were told some pain could occur. The results of the expander fell somewhere in the middle range of results Dr. Caldwell told us we might hope for. Dr. Caldwell is very knowledgable and has a fantastic chair-side manner. The entire staff is professional and friendly.
