Nearly every tooth in my mouth was not straight, I was unable to close my mouth, and I was really self concious about my smile.. That was until I met Dr. Shanker and his staff. I was in Junior high when my mother found him, I wore a head gear, Jasper jumper, Herpst and speed braces over the course of my treatments. With in months of wearing the braces my teeth had moved significantly. As an adult, active duty in the military, I lost track of wearing my positioner, my last step to perfecting a beautiful smile. But upon my return, some 6 years after having my braces removed, I noticed my front tooth had shifted. I was able to return to Dr Shanker's office only paying the cost of new impressions and one positioner.
The staff is great, some of the faces I see there now are the same as over 10 years ago when I first went there. If Dr Shanker was not a great person the turn over would have been significant. I still recieve compliaments about how great my teeth look.
