I took my 2 year old to Dr. Veraldi, a 'pediatric' dentist. They had a box of toys in the waiting room-nothing else seemed kid friendly after that. Admittedly, my 2 year was difficult that day, but the doctor and staff didn't seem to know how to deal with him and commented that he was spirited. I expected a peds dentist to know how to handle children much better than just saying "I HAVE to look in your mouth" and then pushing his way in. The x-ray machine wasn't working that day, so he MAILED me his treatment plan, no phone call.
