I would highly reccomend Dr Williams to anybody. I was a 50 year old patient with lots of anxiety and doubt. He was great at easing my mind and talking me thru every procedure. If it had not been for his kindness and non-judgemental attitude I would not have had the braces. He had all the patience in the world when it came to my fears. I am from 3 hours away from Billings and he was exceptional at being flexible with my appointments because of work schedule and weather. He made me feel like I deserved to have a great smile and feel better about myself. Dr Williams was referred to me from a friend and I was very skeptical about going into a procedure that is usually reserved for the young, but he put my worries to rest and always treated me with the utmost respect. Knowing now what I know about him I would do it all over again and I HAVE referred him to anyone that asks. He worked with me with a payment schedule (my insurance wouldn't pay because I was over 18)and I can honestly say the payments were easily made and never made to be an issue. And honestly it wasn't as expensive as I expected. I am extremely proud to announce that he was my doctor and if neccessary...will be again. Thank you Dr. Williams!

About Front Desk: The ladies in the office were wonderful. The atmosphere in the office was always jovial and light hearted. They squeezed me in when I was in town or when I had to reschedule. They understood the reality of life. They tried to get my insurance to pay because of the severity of the problem...but in the end I paid all of it out of my pocket and I would do it all again
