Two of my daughters that needed orthodontics used Dr. Starr's services. The office was run super efficiently; never waited for the seat to get warm before my daughters were called into the dental chair! All staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Dr. Starr is so outgoing and you can tell that he really loves what he does; so welcoming, down to earth and positive. Both daughters never ever minded coming and enjoyed the self-sufficiency of 'doing their own thing' at the office; taking responsibility for check in, etc. In one case, Dr. Starr informed us that one of my daughters did not need any work for her bite but that braces would be useful only for cosmetic reasons; I loved his honesty and he is the opposite of a 'hard sell'. All business matters were well spelled out and understood before we proceeded with attaining orthodontic services. As our time progressed there, the office space was constantly upgraded to accommodate making the teenagers feel very comfortable. This didn't feel like a medical office because it was so nice; soup to nuts! SO VERY PLEASED with the staff but the outcome is what matters and we are all extremely satisfied that these are the best orthodontic outcomes we could have hoped for!
