I cannot say enough about Dr. Shoaf. She took care of a problem my son had with his permanent retainer. He is a college student living 9 hours from home and his first week of school had an issue. She did not hesitate and fit him in immediately. She went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate him both professionally and financially. If she treats strangers like this, I can only imagine how she treats her patients. I would recommend her in a second and would use her as my orthodontist! the survey would not allow me to give her 4 stars for cost but I wanted to!!! Thank you Dr. Shoaf!
