I was not happy with the end results, when he took my braces off there still was a gap in between. He told me it was because of the saphe of my teeth that they couldn't get any closer. I would have been ok with that if he would have told me on the first day and not at the end when I was expecting better results. I paid in full to get a 5% discount, I don't know what the person incharge of the finances did with my payment records, but she was herassing me for payment with an attitude, after I showed her in her computer my credit card records, and she was suppose to update my account, I was still getting billed. When I called her again, she acted like "I don't know what you are talking about we have your payment". There was always 2 receptionist at the desk and they would never greet or aknowledge me. There was a couple of nice dental assistants in the back, the others weren't mean or rude, but never friendly. They lacked customer service skills. Dr. Longo had sooo many patients (he has 2 offices) that he was always in a hurry, it was hard to ask him any questions, and even when you did have the chance to, he would answer them in a very brief manner and move to the next patient. I will not go back to him nor I recommend him.
