Although I have not started treatment for orthodontic work, the staff and doctor were very nice to me upon my initial visit. They explained what would be done (over a two year period) and gave me a fair price and payment plan. Because I am over 30 years old, my dental plan did not cover orthodonitic work, but I have been saving lots of money to cover most of the cost. As far as chair-side manners goes, Dr. Cornali was straight forward with his recommendations and `promised' to do his best for me. His optimism and positive outlook gave me the reassurance that I needed to proceed with his suggestions. Finally, I was very impressed and at ease with his assistant and treatment coordinator, Mrs. Roberts-Campbell, who prep'd me up for evaluation.
