The patient is treated as if it is a priviledge to wait around to see Spilsbury. He's got no personality. Perhaps he's on or needs an anti-depressant.
I showed up for an appointment with my daughter and they said it must have been cancelled. I failed to show up for an appointment and they billed me $25. I wanted the $25 for the appointment they missed. The refused to reverse the charge.
Its obviously all about money for these folks. Your kid is a number, most of the work on the child is done by post adolescent girls in a one room clinic set up much like cars at Jiffy Lube. It really shows little concern for the patient's sensibilities but I bet it is a very profitable setup for Spilsbury. Obviously he has or had a practice management consultant show him the way.
Billing is a mess, one late payment and you are billed a $10 late fee every month for the rest of the contract as they don't apply the payment to the original amount billed.
When I complained Spilsbury got an attitude and brought me back and cancelled the contract in front of my 11 year old daughter. No class this one. I was a calm, respecting person in front of my daughter and his employees. They cut me a check and I left.
