Took both of my sons. Does not look to prolong treatment. My regular dentist said my sons would need a few teeth removed. He looked and did not remove any. Uses permanent retainers which prevent the teeth from moving after completing treatment. It works. I recommended him to my adult friends and for my brothers sons. All were very happy.
