This doctor took thousands from my family and left me looking like the Elephant Man. There is not one person who would want to look like this. Not one. Everyone tells me how terrible my face looks...it isn't even presentable. I am humiliated. Buchanan is thoughtless, short sighted, and doesn't like to explain anything. He literally ruined my entire life.
About Front Desk: Head assistant mocked my looks at just about every visit.
