I was a patient of Dr. Gorin. He put on my braces on in March 2007. I had many large gaps, and a severe overbite. after taking them off completely in 2011, i still had a overbite. when i went to see my dentist, he told me that he could give me implants, but he would be greedy in doing so. he said he wants me to get braces, and fix my overbite, and close my gap. Yes, my gaps were still there. After i told him how long i had braces for. he recommended me to Dr. Jacquie Smiles, who was a couple floors above him. she offered to give me invisalign, or braces, whichever i choose, at a lower price because she felt bad that i got botched orthodontic work done. When i was a patient of Dr. Gorin, i think the braces were not applied properly, because my gums got extremely swollen, and had to be removed by a periodontist. Anyway, after telling Dr. Jacquie about my Dr. Gorin, she asked me if i ever used rubber bands. when i told her no, she got so upset. she told me i was robbed, and should sue him. something im seriously thinking about doing. Avoid going to him at all costs. I wish i went to her form the beginning.
