Let me preface by saying that a major part of my job involves going places & inspecting them. I am extremely perceptive & am not easily won over. As a business owner that deals with the public, it was imperative that I address my severely deteriorating smile. The thought & stigma of adult braces was so terrifying. I chose to seek out a specialist. Dr. Grauer came recommended by a friend & it was the best inquiry I ever made! The office atmosphere was so welcoming, inviting, immaculate & above all, comfortable. The equipment is clean & contemprary. Dr. Grauer & his staff are polite, gentle, professional. He explains procedures, gives you all options, listens to your needs & concerns. I had to interrupt my invisaligns for other dental work, but still... my perfect smile is still on track. They are just, exemplary. You don't find that these days. Dr. Grauer and his team have made what could have been a painful & traumatic experience, pleasant & convenient. My mouth is responding really well & I see amazing results with every visit. I am on the road to a getting my beautiful smile back! I am grateful for his care & wouldn't go any place else.
About Front Desk: The office atmosphere was so welcoming, inviting, immaculate & above all, comfortable. They make you feel like family. I was the only adult patient in the room, surrounded by kids picking out neon rubber bands -- And it didn't matter. The equipment is clean & current. Dr. Grauer and his staff are polite, gentle, professional.
