This guy is nineteenth century--not even computerized. Has two offices that cannot communicate with one another. You must call two days in advance to cancel or reschedule. Call one office when he is at the other, and you get a recorded message--you can't even leave voicemail. No e-mail. He does not call with reminders--even my hairdresser and SteamKraft carpet cleaners do that! Waiting area is way too small, with people sometimes sitting on floor or standing, and wait times are way too long--frequently an hour and a half, sometimes more.
