Dr Tawadros staff is friendly. His office billing practice is awful.
We send in our payments promptly and have frequently
received bills stating that we still owe them. Once I called
the staff to verify that I had a zero balance and the following
month received a bill. We are thinking of leaving this
practice because of their inefficient billing practices.
