About Front Desk: The dentist is a very nice person. And so with the hygienist and the dentist sister who is the RDA besides a young , friendly girl . I am an old patient but I noticed that two of the employees who are such nice persons are gone, just wondering why. Because last I had an appointment and was waiting at the office I heard this new front desk employee complaining about the patients and like mocking them which to me is very unprofessional. Maybe the dentist can teach this new employee office ethics? Unless she wants to lose more patients. I am thinking of looking for a new dentist. This front desk employee have no right to make fun of their patients. Maybe someone in this forum knows of another dentist? .
