Too many patients and not enough seats to accomodate around school functions. My son did not stop to get next appointment so nobody called to say hey your next appointment is....they let it go..so we were about 2 wks late for the next appointment which are 6 wks apart. Most available times are during core classes. I have asked for phone calls from either Dr Craig or Streight and have not received one. They are paid in full. I don't know if this is why the cold shoulder since they have their money. My son was discouraged about a year in to the braces but could not get a phone call from the Dr to discuss. BTW my son is 17 now & able to drive so we do not go w him. Very frustrated w no communitation about the on going care. An e-mail would be nice but I cannot get a response when I send a blanket e-mail. I almost feel as if they have taken on too many patients and are struggling to keep up w the demand of scheduling they are closed on Friday so scheduling is shortened by one day out of five. I do not recommend!
