My daughter's teeth are beautiful!! She complained that at the end it kept taking a little bit longer, and at 17 a few more weeks seemed like an eternity, but Dr. Shacklett knows what he's doing and EXCELLENT this man is! Dr. Shacklett loves people, kids and adults!
At the outset, he explains all that is to occur and the expected time frame. He is up front about costs and there are no surprises. He explains all procedures and why adults may need braces... ( I am in braces again at 50 !)
Profssional and delightful is the only way to describe his well chosen staff. Jeri at the front desk is SO ON TOP OF EVERYTHING regarding billing and insurance and future appointments-fast efficient, super pleasant, I haven't had to make one phone call to my insurance co., not one! Rarely is there a "wait" for her OR MY APPOINTMENT!!!
Dr. Shacklett's assistants, are PROFESSIONAL, seasoned, knowlegeble, happy, personable, with THE BEST CHAIRSIDE PERSONALITIES I have ever encountered.
EVERYONE in this office knows what they're doing and they ALL DO IT WELL and IN HARMONY !
Dr. Shacklett and his staff are exceedingly caring and truly dedicated to "THEIR MISSION". Children and adults will feel well cared for and at home in this office.
