Long wait times every appointment! No consideration for patient's personal time spent in the office waiting. This is a monthly occurance. Doctor spends quite a bit of time on vacation and works alone which can cause back up with appointments. Would not recommend to anyone considering the commitment involved in selecting an orthodontist. Truly unprofessional to make patients wait at least 45 minutes up to an hour and a half for a 15 minute visit!
