After treatment was paid in full and visits became sporadic, things changed significantly. He no longer returned phone calls and neglected to provide a standard courtesy letter to a surgeon. One of my kids was not so lucky; teeth moved while there was still hardware cemented in.
While Dr. Gilhorn has practiced for many years and has a wealth of experience, the question should be, is Dr. Gilhorn dedicated and persistent even when the outcome is not as good as anticipated? What does my agreement with Dr. Gilhorn include? What would Dr. Gilhorn do if the care plan he designed did not prove to be as impeccable as he once expected?
