I would not reccommend this Orthodontist. His costs are very high compared to other orthodontists (60% higher in cost). He charged $3700 for Phase I and my Brother was charged $2200 for the same type of treatment for his daughter. Dr. Kings office also requires all of the money up front unlike other orthodontist who will accept monthly payments interest free.
There are too many very good orthodontists out there to accept these high prices. My son will have his Phase II braces completed with another doctor.
