When we first arrived, the staff was so friendly it almost seemed fake. We were planning on getting the Invisalign treatment for my daughter. However, the number of documents which we had to sign was ridiculous, one including the requirement of using actual braces if the Invisalign was ineffective. The service which we received afterwards was despicable. They did not explain any of the procedures, and quickly put everything on the teeth, rather than smiling or making small talk with us. Although the father orthodontist was quite genuine, his son's chair-side manners were quite staged and unnerving. Everything felt uneasy, as if the staff was attempting to con us out of more money. All in all, the treatment was poor, due to a lack of explanation, as attachments were put on without notification prior to our buying the Invisalign. These not only defeated the purpose of Invisalign, as they made the treatment more overtly apparent than braces, and they also caused a cavity in the middle of the front tooth, thus permanently destroying the strength of the tooth. My advice? Go to an orthodontist which doesn't have you watch an advertisement as part of treatment. That should be a good indication of the dentist's priorities.
