About Front Desk: I would rate a zero. New office resptionisit is rude and has no people skills. She needs to be in a back room away from the public. If she was here when my 1st child got her braces I would have chosen another orthodontist. She is bitter and rude for no reason it wouldn't hurt her to smile. I pay good money for a service and I feel that all office personnel should be friendly and inviting. My 2nd child is almost finished up,and I'm sad to say we will not be back and I will not be recommending dr street to no one.
