The accounting practices at this dental office are horrible. Yet,
the dentist is absolutely excellent.
I challenged, then suggested, warned the dentist and finally stated very clearly to the dentist my impression of what my friends, family and I perceived to be as inadequate accounting.
The billing clerk input clients' accounts. Finally I paid hundreds that I still believe was not due. I left the practice. I have never been so hurt and angry with anyone in my life as I was with this dentist.
He wouldn't clean my teeth until we discussed a bill that had been discovered years after the service.
Unfortunately, after years of service and sending numerous patients this office they claimed I owed them money that two individuals from the office previously indicated was "taken care of" by my excellent insurance.
Now they got new chairs in the office and my colleagues are receiving recommendations for costly services. so they are also changing dentists.
My experience ended very sadly considering this practice was theoretically conducting a "professional" office.
